At St Joseph’s RC Primary School we value all input from parents and others. The feedback we obtain, including both positives and negatives, helps us to make continuous improvements to the way the school operates as we strive to provide the best possible educational environment for your child.
We are of course always delighted to receive any compliments. These can be handed directly to any member of staff, the SENDCO or Head teacher.
At St Joseph’s RC Primary School we take any complaints very seriously. Once made complaints will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. Some minor complaints may be dealt with informally through discussion, but more serious matters will be dealt with on a more formal footing. You will be kept fully informed as the matter progresses.
If parents wish to make a complaint or raise any issue regarding the school, you should contact Mrs Keenan (Head Teacher) or Deidra Curtis (SENDCO).
Parents should contact Mrs Curtis or Mrs Keenan with any concerns they may have regarding the roles and responsibilities of the Local Education Authority. Mrs Keenan will then liaise directly with the Authority. Further information can be found in our School Complaints Policy which can be found in our School Policies section of our website.
If you would like to discuss your SEND requirements in detail please contact the school to arrange an appointment.
